Intelligent Terrain: Artist Residency Collaboration with Ukai Projects

Intelligent Terrain: Artist Residency Collaboration with Ukai Projects

Ferme Lanthorn had the amazing opportunity to host UKAI Projects for the land-based portion of their Intelligent Terrain residency in 2022.

Forging connections between the Arts and the land is fundamental to our approach at Ferme Lanthorn. Working with UKAI on this project was an opportunity to for us to connect on a deeper level with our values and mission, to learn and grow with the artists and the UKAI team, and to share. It was an honour to host this project and we look forward to future collaboration.

The residency was designed to bring interdisciplinary artists together to "explored cognitive technology’s relationship to land and imagined approaches that bring us into a closer relationship with our environment while working toward the preservation of our world for future generations” (UKAI Projects). You can read more about the residency on their website: Intelligent Terrain Residency with Ukai Projects)
